Actionable Intelligence: Integrating actionable insights into systems used to make actions. These systems might be automated or provide insights that are manually actioned. LLodi are currently being embedded into dashboards, applications, devices, systems, and databases.

Teamline is one of the solutions you can use with LLodi to manage your decisions in your Qlik Platform.

Turn your insights into actions and share with your team, creating tasks to meet your business goals.

Design your own Teamline App in less time than you thought with your preferred database.

Some workflows you can set up:
– Create a task or project, assign a reporter and a due date.
– Send an automatic email when you assign a task to a colleague.
– Schedule reminders for your team.
– Get a custom daily status update.
– Set up meetings.
– And much more!

If you already use a tool such as JIRA to manage your projects and tasks, you can work directly from Qlik and update your data in JIRA in real time.

Contact our team if you require any additional information at support@llodi.com

Do you use Qlik to analyse your user satisfaction and assure quality in Customer Service? Do you use Zendesk to manage your customer tickets?

In that case continue reading to know how to smoothly connect Qlik with your Zendesk support tool and create tickets easily from Qlik.

We will use Qlik, LLodi & Zendesk. If you use an integration tool like Zapier or Workato, you can also use it but is not required.

The extension provides the user with an interface to enter data directly from the dashboard, flow from discovery to action in a seamless gesture.

Checking the Zendesk API Documentation we can set up authentication and know the URL and parameters of our action, in this case “create ticket”.

Following the documentation instructions, we will create our LLodi Form with the fields we want to use. We are using only the required fields: subject, priority and body.

Integrate Qlik in your customer service workflows using LLodi, gives you a lot of possible actions, such as:

  • Create and edit tickets
  • Automate responses directly from the analysis
  • Creates a CSAT rating for a solved ticket
  • SLA prioritization
  • Keep sales and support in-sync
  • Integrate your support apps with your development tools
  • Predictive support system and automatically creates support tickets
  • And much more!

Being able to reach the right audience with digital marketing is basic to get customer engagement with your brand online. In marketing, less is more. The fewer messages each user receives, the more powerful it will become. Make each message count and learn how to get the most out of your marketing campaigns by targeting the right audience.

Use Qlik analytics abilities to segment smartly your contacts in Mailchimp. We can get data from different sources in Qlik to improve our knowledge about our contacts and blend data to reach insights that make the difference.

Create a dashboard and explore without limits using Qlik Associative engine, segment your contacts and organize them into a list in MailChimp.

We will use Qlik, LLodi & Mailchimp. If you use an integration tool like Zapier or Workato, you can also use it but is not required.

You must have LLodi Writer Extension installed in your Qlik Sense and LLodi Agent enabled in your server. See LLodi Architecture.

The extension provides the user with an interface to enter data directly from the dashboard, selecting the target contacts and choosing the list where they will be included.

LLodi Agent will solve the CORS problem request due to MailChimp does not support client-side implementation of their API using CORS requests due to the potential security risk of exposing account API keys.  LLodi Agent provides a server-side environment to make your requests safer and more powerful.

Checking the MailChimp API Documentation we can set up authentication and know the URL and parameters of our action, in this case “add a new list member”.

Following the documentation instructions, we will create our LLodi Form with the fields we want to use. We are using only the required fields: list_id, email_address and status. The id of our list is a path parameter, so we can use Dynamic Request fields to create dynamic URL in our forms.

Integrate Qlik in your marketing workflows using LLodi, gives you a lot of possible actions, such as:

  • Send personalized emails.
  • Create new campaigns.
  • Add contact to automation.
  • Send marketing campaigns from Qlik.
  • And much more!

Business changes every day, but there are some answers we need to resolve daily. ¿Do I have some pending Issues? ¿There’s any transaction waiting for my approval?

Streamline your day with Qlik and LLodi, let the information come automatically to your preferred Slack channel, set data alerts and invest your time in what really requires your attention.

In this post, we are going to show you how to achieve that, in an easy and quick way.

Sales Channel in Slack

We are going to use our LLodi Writer Connector that allows you to do actions directly from your Qlik Script anytime the app is reloaded, we can leverage the Qlik logic to make our automatic messages smarter and get the information we need when we need it.

We already show you how to Use Slack as your Qlik Alert Center in a previous video, but today we introduce to you our new feature “Direct Payload”. Enabling Direct Payload sends your Qlik Script as it is, so you can add format, indentations and spaces that won’t be trimmed.

Weekly report Script

We can schedule a weekly report in our sales channel, we get the values directly from our data model and we can even modify our message to the team depending on the results so far. We are going to use only Qlik language therefore you can get the most of Qlik Associative engine and logic capabilities.

Let’s take a look at the Script:

SELECT *

FROM Slack

WITH GUID xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxx

WITH FIELDS ( {

WITH CONFIG (directpayload “true”);

You can copy this snippet in your script and begin to use it today as a reporting solution. If you don´t have LLodi yet you can create a Free Account and begin your journey!

We are combining the Direct Payload feature with the formatting options from Slack to add more context to our message, making it more useful and effective. We built the structure of our report and then the connector fills it with updated data directly just before sending it to Slack.

Take your team to the next level and become a Data-Driven company, providing them with the answers they need before they have to ask the question. Automate your reports with Qlik and LLodi Writer connector, working smarter and saving time (and money) in the process.

With LLodi Actions for Qlik® now your sales team can create and update records in Salesforce within the context of the analysis of accounts, opportunities, cases, tasks, etc. The clients that use data to boost their business can now access their Salesforce data from their analytical app and update them in real time.

If you don’t have LLodi yet, start today.

Actions that create tasks (cases, leads, campaings) in Salesforce.

With LLodi you can create tasks manually: you introduce the proper data in the form and launch the process. But another magical functionality of LLodi is the automatic creation of tasks, which can be performed as a function of the value of certain indicators or business logic variables, without the need of the user’s interaction:

  • Manual

You start by analyzing your data in Qlik app. Thanks to Qlik’s associative technology, you can perform several analyses as a function of different object selections. LLodi appears as another object in the dashboard, as it behaves just like the other objects and interacts with the selected data.

You can’t lose a second, when you discover a new idea you can create the task associated to it, without having to change in between tabs or copying data manually from one app to the other.

Some examples are:

– Analyze opportunities and assign tasks to go forward with the sales process.
– Detect how some clients have not been followed in the last few months. Create tasks to call them in the following days.
– See how sales previsions are low for the trimester and identify new possible opportunities to launch a qualification process start task.

  • Automate

Like every day, you access your CRM to see tasks and surprise!, there are tasks that were not created by you, but by LLodi’s intelligent system, driven by an analytical app. In this occasion, the tasks have been made to contact certain clients that are at risk of abandonment. But you also have other tasks to start with the client renovation process, for those clients whose contract will expire in the next 60 days.

If this does not feel magical enough, you can also see that the tasks have been notified by Slack, where all the team is talking and sharing their work.

And now, what?

Our objective is to have you working on your critical data just by discovering new ideas on Qlik.

In the next articles we will be talking about how to work with other CRM systems like Hubspot, Pipedrive, InfusionSoft, etc. As well as with other technical support apps, project management apps, or marketing apps.

If you don’t have LLodi yet, start today.

Nowadays, we have highly specialized tools to work with. This has undeniable pros and the power of this tools make our work stronger, but this myriad of solutions may add some delay to our decisions by switching between tabs, software or just by transferring insights from one app to another.

A business application is a collection of components that provides a business functionality that you can use internally, externally, or with other business applications. These business applications are used to increase or measure productivity and to perform other business functions accurately.

Thanks to LLodi we can create a business data-driven application, that allows you to increase the productivity of your team, by combining operational, integration and analytic capabilities in just one window.

As a proof of concept, we will show you our LLodi Pizza application, that we took to the Innovation Showcase at Qlik Qonnections 2018 celebrated in Orlando.

The use case is creating a sales application that allows the user to create an order based on the previous orders then receiving a confirmation email and being mentioned on Twitter.

We decide to use Salesforce as data source and as the CRM where we will create the orders and Workato as integration tool.

This business application will be located in Qlik Sense, using Qlik analytic capabilities to make our decisions, LLodi to turn decisions into actions and the integration power of Workato to run our workflow.

From the Qlik dashboard the user can design his order, taking decisions based on the previous orders stored in Salesforce. These days instinct is not enough, data-driven decision making help you to get advantage from your competitors. Data leads to insights that you can turn into decisions that improve your business.

Once you made your decisions turn it into actions couldn´t be easier with LLodi. Thank to our forms you can define your actions and get the required data directly from your Qlik app, you can also define some data entry fields to complete your insights with the user experience.

Using hidden fields, we can send to Salesforce all the information about the selected toppings and dough in our pizza and relate them to the applicable price book, we can also retrieve all the required personal data to create order, send the email and the Tweet.

There is no need to copy the information to one tab to another or even leave your Qlik dashboard; Directly from Qlik, working smarter and saving time (and money) in the process.

In this case we are using Workato to run our workflow, automating tasks and getting the work done faster.

But that´s not all, after doing your actions the extension can reload your data. “Close the circle” thank to our write-back capabilities and work always with updated data.

As you can see build a business application in Qlik with LLodi is easy, and provides you a boost in productivity and quickness, allowing your team to take advantage of new opportunities and improve the company’s efficiency.
