How we collect your data
When you visit our websites or use our services, we collect personal data. The ways we collect it can be broadly categorised into the following:

LLodi may collect User personal information or data from third parties if the User gives permission to those third parties to share such information with others or the data is extracted from publicly accessible sources.
For example, LLodi may share minimal service data with a select third-party for data enrichment purposes, provided that User has given prior permission to those third parties to share such information with other parties (i.e. LLodi may share Users’ email addresses with a third party to obtain some information like company name etc) or it comes from publicly accessible sources like social media profiles. Enriching data allows us to analyse a deeper subset of data from which we may present personalized content
How we use information we collect
When you access a LLodi Site, we collect and use information that personally identifies you to provide you with access to our services and our people.
We collect information about you in several ways, with the purpose of operating our websites and providing services that you have requested, authorized, or purchased.
We also use your information to review, investigate and analyze how to improve the services provided. We may also collect and analyze your data to monitor, maintain and improve our services and features.
We may internally perform statistical and other analysis on information we collect (technical and meta data) to analyze and measure user behavior and trends, to understand how people use our services, in order to. Improve and optimize our performance of such services, and to monitor, troubleshoot and improve our services, including to help us evaluate or devise new features.
We may use your information for internal purposes designed to keep our services secure and operational, such as testing purposes, troubleshooting, to prevent abusive activity (i.e. fraud, spam, phishing activities), and for service improvement, research and development purposes.
We’ll be sending you LLodi product intro, tips and inspirational use cases and user stories by any means, including email and similar means of electronic communication like personalised advertisements as part of providing relevant content helpful to use our services effectively.
How we share information we collect
There will be times when we need to share your personal data with third parties. We will only disclose your personal data to:
- other companies in the LLodi group of companies
- third party service providers and partners who assist and enable us to use the personal data to, for example, support delivery of or provide functionality on the website or services, or to market or promote our goods and services to you
- regulators, law enforcement bodies, government agencies, courts or other third parties where we think it’s necessary to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights. Where possible and appropriate, we will notify you of this type of disclosure
- an actual or potential buyer (and its agents and advisers) in connection with an actual or proposed purchase, merger or acquisition of any part of our business
- other people where we have your consent.
How we transfer information we collect internationally
LLodi keeps your Personal Data in the European Union. However, it is possible that personal data we collect through our online platform or as part of our services be transferred to other countries, some of which may have less protective personal data protection legislation. This is particularly the case regarding data transmitted to our subcontractors located outside the EU, in particular in the United States.
Subcontractors are called processors by the GDPR. LLodi has contracts with processors that provide sufficient guarantees about data protection, respect the GDPR or the Privacy Shield and only act on LLodi instructions.
LLodi has verified that our non EU-subcontractors are Privacy Shield certified.
Security is a priority for us when it comes to your personal data. We’re committed to protecting your personal data and have appropriate technical and organisational measures in place to make sure that happens.
The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you’ve requested or to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements).
We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it, in accordance with our data retention policies and practices. Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.
It’s your personal data and you have certain rights relating to it. When it comes to marketing communications, you can ask us not to send you these at any time – just follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the marketing communication, or send your request to email@example.com
You also have rights to:
- know what personal data we hold about you, and to make sure it’s correct and up to date
- request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to restrict processing your personal data or delete it
- object to our continued processing of your personal data

We will respond to your request to change, correct, or delete your information within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the action we have taken.
