Actions that create tasks (cases, leads, campaings) in Salesforce.

With LLodi you can create tasks manually: you introduce the proper data in the form and launch the process. But another magical functionality of LLodi is the automatic creation of tasks, which can be performed as a function of the value of certain indicators or business logic variables, without the need of the user’s interaction:

  • Manual

You start by analyzing your data in Qlik app. Thanks to Qlik’s associative technology, you can perform several analyses as a function of different object selections. LLodi appears as another object in the dashboard, as it behaves just like the other objects and interacts with the selected data.

You can’t lose a second, when you discover a new idea you can create the task associated to it, without having to change in between tabs or copying data manually from one app to the other.

Some examples are:

– Analyze opportunities and assign tasks to go forward with the sales process.
– Detect how some clients have not been followed in the last few months. Create tasks to call them in the following days.
– See how sales previsions are low for the trimester and identify new possible opportunities to launch a qualification process start task.

We decide to use Salesforce as data source and as the CRM where we will create the orders and Workato as integration tool.

This business application will be located in Qlik Sense, using Qlik analytic capabilities to make our decisions, LLodi to turn decisions into actions and the integration power of Workato to run our workflow.

From the Qlik dashboard the user can design his order, taking decisions based on the previous orders stored in Salesforce. These days instinct is not enough, data-driven decision making help you to get advantage from your competitors. Data leads to insights that you can turn into decisions that improve your business.

Once you made your decisions turn it into actions couldn´t be easier with LLodi. Thank to our forms you can define your actions and get the required data directly from your Qlik app, you can also define some data entry fields to complete your insights with the user experience.

Using hidden fields, we can send to Salesforce all the information about the selected toppings and dough in our pizza and relate them to the applicable price book, we can also retrieve all the required personal data to create order, send the email and the Tweet.

In this case we are using Workato to run our workflow, automating tasks and getting the work done faster.
